Position: Alteryx/SQL and Stakeholder Management

Job Details:

Must Have Skills:

SQL Skills : Expertise in Joins (Inner, Left, Right, Full), Query Performance Tuning, Working with large datasets from multiple sources, Data validation, reconciliation, and root cause analysis.

Alteryx : Hands-on experience with Alteryx Designer, Workflow optimization and automation.

Stakeholder Management : Robust communication and presentation skills, Status reporting and executive-level interaction, Requirements gathering and business analysis .

Soft skills : Excellent communication and documentation skills, Experience handling escalations and customer-facing issues .

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience in Data Visualization & Reporting : Experience with Dashboard design and KPI reporting .





Data Engineering & Warehousing : Knowledge of Snowflake, Databricks, or Synapse Analytics, Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP, Data Warehousing concepts (Star Schema, Snowflake Schema), ETL/ELT framework knowledge .

Business & Communication : Experience with Financial, Operations, or Supply Chain domain knowledge, Executive-level presentations and storytelling with data, Business Intelligence and reporting frameworks .

Project & Process Management : Experience leading Agile/Scrum methodology, Process improvement and automation initiatives, Documentation and solution design.
