Storepersons & Pick Packers Wanted – Western Suburbs!

Action Workforce is currently seeking reliable and experienced Storepersons and Pick Packers to join our clients across Melbourne’s Western Suburbs.

This is a great opportunity to secure ongoing work with reputable warehouse operations, offering consistent hours and the opportunity to work in fast-paced and supportive team environments.

Monday–Sunday availability is essential.

AM & PM shifts!

Key Responsibilities:

- Picking and packing customer orders
- RF scanning and stock handling
- Operating a tugger to move stock around the warehouse
- Sorting and organising stock
- Putaways and replenishments
- Loading and unloading
- Container unloading
- General warehouse duties
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work environment
- Working towards daily KPIs and productivity targets

To Be Successful, You Will Have:

- Previous warehouse, pick packing or storeperson experience
- Tugger operating experience highly regarded




- RF scanning experience highly regarded
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong reliability and work ethic
- Good time management skills
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
- Monday–Sunday availability
