Job Overview

As the local sales lead for Australia & New Zealand, you will be fully responsible for local dealer network development and market commercialization. You will promote our core modular smart agricultural robotic solutions across the ANZ agricultural market, collaborate with China-based visiting teams,



and drive local business growth and iterative optimization of local market strategies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop, sign and manage ANZ dealer networks, establish a high-quality local agricultural machinery distribution system, and achieve regional sales and channel development targets; report business progress and market insights directly to the Founder.
2. Partner with local dealers, farming groups and industrial associations, organize official product roadshows, field demonstrations and promotion activities for our modular agricultural robots to strengthen local brand influence and market penetration.
3. Closely collaborate with China-based sales and technical teams during their Australian business trips, supporting client visits, dealer negotiations, on-site product demos and project follow-up to ensure effective project delivery.
4. Collect first-hand local market trends, competitor dynamics, channel feedback and agricultural industry demands, and participate in the optimization of Australian market expansion strategies and localized product promotion plans.

Requirements
1. Full-time, based in Australia with stable local residency.
2. Bachelor’s degree or above.
3. Solid experience in agricultural machinery / smart farming equipment / agri-robotics channel development and dealer management, with in-depth knowledge of Australian agricultural machinery market rules and local dealer ecosystems.

Preferred Qualifications
1. Mature local resources with Australian farm machinery dealers, large-scale farms, agricultural cooperatives and industry associations;
2. Sales or channel operation experience in autonomous agricultural equipment, modular robots, or precision farming solutions;
3. Proven ability in field demo execution, dealer training, commercial negotiation and client relationship management;
4. Native English proficiency, excellent business communication skills, and experience in cross-border team collaboration.
