Role: Application Consultant (VisionPLUS and Vision Next)

Location: Melbourne/Sydney

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Provide functional and technical consulting across

VisionPLUS and Vision Next applications.

- Analyse business and technical requirements and translate them into application solutions.

- Configure and support Vision Next capabilities in line with business requirements and solution designs.

- Participate in application design, development, integration, testing and deployment activities.

- Support the migration and modernisation of existing VisionPLUS capabilities to Vision Next.

- Work with architecture and development teams to define appropriate application and integration solutions.

- Investigate application issues and provide root-cause analysis and resolution.

- Support system integration with upstream and downstream banking and enterprise applications.

- Prepare functional and technical specifications, application documentation and implementation artefacts.

- Participate in SIT, UAT, deployment and production support activities.

- Provide subject matter expertise across Vision Next and VisionPLUS capabilities.

- Work collaboratively with business analysts, architects, developers, testers and project teams.

- Contribute to continuous improvement of application processes, standards and delivery practices.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

- Proven experience as an

Application Consultant,



Technical Consultant, Systems Analyst or similar role

.

- Hands-on Vision Next experience is essential.

- Strong experience with

FIS VisionPLUS

.

- Experience within banking, financial services, cards, lending or payments environments.

- Understanding of VisionPLUS modernisation and migration to Vision Next.

- Strong knowledge of enterprise application architecture and integration.

- Experience working with APIs, interfaces and integration between core banking and surrounding applications.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

- Ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Robust stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Experience working within large-scale transformation or technology delivery programs.

DESIRABLE

- Experience delivering

Vision Next implementation or migration programs

.

- Experience across multiple VisionPLUS modules.

- Experience with modern application integration technologies and APIs.

- Exposure to cloud-based technology environments.

- Experience working within Agile delivery teams.

- Previous experience in large Australian banking or financial services organisations.
