Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Appian Developer with 5 7 years of experience in low code application development. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Appian application development and will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions using the Appian platform. This role requires a proactive individual who can work collaboratively within a team and deliver high quality applications that meet business needs.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement applications using the Appian platform.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Perform application testing and debugging to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
- Maintain and enhance existing Appian applications, ensuring they meet evolving business requirements.
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders.
- Document application designs, processes, and workflows for future reference.




- Stay updated with the latest Appian features and best practices to continuously improve application development processes.

Mandatory Skills:
- Proven experience in Appian application development.
- Strong understanding of low code development principles and methodologies.
- Experience with Appian BPM, SAIL, and integration capabilities.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot application issues effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Experience with other low code platforms.
- Knowledge of database management and SQL.
- Understanding of web services and API integrations.
- Experience in working with cross functional teams.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5 7 years of experience in application development, with a focus on Appian.
- Relevant certifications in Appian development are a plus.
