- Like simple KPIs
- Respond swiftly to clients within 5 minute timeframe
- Like to turn your call skills to a different area
- Demonstrated above average performance in your previous role is essential
- You're a people person,



build relationships quickly and liking a bit of banter is a bonus
- Understand follow-up, pipelines and CRMs, Hubspot an advantage
- Enjoy working with the leading company in the real estate growth field

It is a base + commission role. Realistic OTE earnings between $100K - $110K for above average performers. Career progression for top appointment setters to become lead agents if they with within 18 months. Structured training is provided. These numbers are real.
