- Keep the high standards in relation to the quality, preparation, and presentation of the food.
- Get the ingredients ready, this involving dividing them up, chopping the food and then storing it.
- Prepare the food according to the recipes and the quality standards, making sure to pay close attention to detail.
- Take charge of the food stores and supplies, and place orders if needed.
- Work in a positive manner with other Front of House staff so as to give customers an unforgettable dining experience.
- Control the temperatures of cooking equipment, like ovens and grills.
- Store food in facilities that have temperature control.
- Make sure you have excellent organizational skills by keeping both your station clean and efficient during each shift.

Requirements:
- You have legal permission to work in Australia.
- A strong interest in the food industry.




- Experience in this area is desirable though not necessary.
- A outstanding deal of enthusiasm regarding career advancement in the culinary field.
- Motivated by oneself and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative and oriented towards finding solutions, with a positive, can-do attitude.

Location Redcliffe Esplanade For the commute or relocation: you must be able to reliably get to Redcliffe or have plans to move there before starting work.
