Host Employer:Our Host Employer, The Rural City of Murray Bridge, is seeking a motivated individual to commence in their Arboriculture team. Under a traineeship opportunity you will study a Certificate III in Arboriculture, while working alongside an experienced team gaining hands on experience.

About the Role:

- Tree pruning, planting and removal techniques
- Secure operation and maintenance of arboriculture tools and equipment
- Identifying tree health, structure and potential risks
- Supporting tree health through mulching, fertilising and pest management
- Following workplace health and safety procedures




- 9-day fortnight with full PPE provided and earn tickets such as chainsaw, truck licence, EWP, across duration of the traineeship

What We’re Looking For:

- Strong reliability and work ethic
- Wanting to build a long-term career in the industry
- Physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks
- Satisfactorily pass a pre-employment assessment including a drug and alcohol test
- Willingness to work outdoors in all conditions
- Based in Murray Bridge or the surrounding region
- Able to commit to a 3-year traineeship
- Must hold current drivers' licence and reliable transport
