Sydney-based | $150K + Super | Full-Time

We’re looking for an experienced Area/Portfolio Manager to support and work closely with our Centre Directors across our growing chain of centres in NSW. You’ll provide hands-on coaching, guidance and operational support, ensuring strong leadership, quality and compliance while helping centres drive performance and deliver high-quality outcomes. The role involves travel and reports directly to the Approved Provider.

What We’re Looking For

- Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care, or an equivalent ACECQA-approved qualification.
- Proven experience as an Area Manager, Regional Manager, Operations Manager or equivalent multi-site leadership role within ECEC.
- Demonstrated experience overseeing and supporting multiple childcare centres simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF),



National Quality Standard (NQS), National Regulations and EYLF.
- Strong operational, commercial and performance management capability, including occupancy, staffing, labour and financial performance.
- Experience coaching and developing Centre Directors for performance and quality outcomes.
