About the role

Reporting to the Store Manager, this full time role suits a motorcyclist with a genuine passion for bikes who's ready to take real ownership of how the store runs day to day. You'll bring that passion to the floor with a customer-first mindset — we'll help you build the product knowledge, but what sets you apart is your ability to keep everything behind the scenes tight: rosters sorted before the week starts, stock where it needs to be, processes followed, and standards held day in, day out, so nothing falls through the cracks. This role works Monday to Friday, plus every third weekend on a rotating basis (Saturday and Sunday), with weekdays off in lieu.

Key responsibilities

- Building and managing the weekly roster to budget, covering leave and peak periods
- Keeping stock moving promptly from the warehouse onto the floor, rostering around the monthly stock delivery
- Overseeing opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily admin
- Keeping the shop floor, window displays and back-of-house clean, tidy and merchandised to standard
- Following agreed processes and procedures, and making sure the team does too
- Making the call on day-to-day issues yourself, and following through on what's agreed without needing to be chased




- Driving sales on the floor and setting the standard for customer service
- Coaching and supporting newer team members, and flagging performance issues early

About you

- Full-time availability across weekdays, plus every 3rd weekend on a rotating basis
- Solid retail or sales experience, ideally in motorcycle or a related industry
- Naturally organised — you build systems, use checklists, and don't let things slip
- Confident driving sales targets and comfortable coaching junior team members
- Comfortable with (or a fast learner on) rostering, stock control, and POS systems
- Must be a motorcyclist with a genuine passion for bikes
