Job Description

Yarra City Council in Melbourne, VIC, is seeking a Senior Coordinator for Seniors Support Services on a temporary full time 12-month contract to lead Council's CHSP services and keep older residents independent and safe at home.

Reporting to the Manager Ageing, Equity and Community Development, you will oversee Community Transport, Delivered Meals, Home Maintenance and related programs, manage budgets and contracts, drive quality and compliance, and prepare for Commonwealth aged care reforms.
