- Manage and execute inventory, warehouse, and fulfillment activities
- Plan and execute fulfillment and logistics operations
- Lead people with employee lifecycle responsibilities, including hiring/firing, coaching/mentoring, task coordination, performance appraisal, pay reviews, and development
- Set direction and develop business and operational areas
- Develop policies and practices
- Implement business plans across short- to long-term planning horizons
