The opportunity Succoris Bendigo is an established, well-regarded clinic in the heart of Bendigo, home to an experienced and collaborative team of psychologists. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a skilled and compassionate Clinical or General Psychologist to join us.

Located at 125 Wills Street in central Bendigo, Succoris Bendigo provides evidence-based, collaborative psychological care for clients across the lifespan — from children through to older adults. Our team brings evidence and empathy together, working with Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR).
We support a broad range of presentations — anxiety and depression, complex trauma and cPTSD, grief and loss, mood and personality disorders, life transitions, and much more. We also offer comprehensive psychological assessments, including cognitive, intellectual disability, autism, ADHD, combined, and psychosocial assessments.
Clients come to us through Medicare, NDIS, WorkCover, TAC, Victims of Crime, DVA, private health, and self-referral — a strong, well-established referral base that means a consistent and varied schedule.

Catherine and Jamie Hart co-founded Succoris Psychology to improve access to psychological care and to create supportive, kind environments for staff. They bring extensive experience running successful practices with excellent team cultures.
Clinic leadership
You’ll be supported by our Clinic Manager, Nikita Kettlewell — a Clinical Psychologist who works collaboratively and takes a warm, empathic, and non-judgemental approach, and who is dedicated to helping every clinician in the team develop and thrive.

You’ll join a well-established, multidisciplinary team of clinical psychologists — including dedicated assessment expertise — offering rich opportunities for peer learning, shared knowledge, and collaboration on complex work.

Our experienced and welcoming administration team manages referrals, bookings, and enquiries on your behalf, so you can focus on client care.

We're a genuinely tech-forward practice. You’ll use NovoPsych for streamlined psychometric assessment, NovoNote to cut down the time you spend on session notes and documentation, and Logsage to keep your CPD and supervision records organised in one place.
Peer support and supervision
Enjoy regular collaboration, team sharing, and comprehensive peer supervision. Access award-winning supervision (including from the APS Supervisor of the Year 2024), our Clinical Registrar Program if you wish to pursue Clinical endorsement, and the full Succoris Academy.
What's on offer
- $95,000 – $140,000 inclusive of superannuation, dependent on your qualifications and experience
- Performance bonuses of up to $15,000 per year, based on sessions delivered and clinical performance
- A consistent, full schedule supported by a strong, well-established referral base
- $2,500 per year towards training and CPD
- A varied CPD and support program — monthly live CPD from experts, group supervision, reflective practice, EMDR supervision, and full access to the Succoris Academy

- Flexibility with hours and a genuine commitment to work–life balance, including the ability to work from home via telehealth for part of the week

About You
- Works with third-wave therapies and wants to be surrounded by like-minded peers
- Is experienced in Medicare and third-party funding reporting requirements (including WorkCover, TAC, and Victims of Crime)
- Has experience administering psychometric assessments
- Has a strong love of learning, telehealth experience, and the ability to work both independently and as an active part of a team
- Has excellent interpersonal skills and is willing to have brave, honest conversations when they matter
Highly regarded
- Experience with schema therapy and trauma-focused approaches such as EMDR
- Confidence conducting psychological assessment across ADHD, autism, cognitive, and other diagnostic areas
- Endorsement as a Clinical Psychologist, or eligibility for our Clinical Registrar pathway
- An interest in contributing to a thriving, well-established team
