About the role

This is a varied, hands-on position offering experience across multiple areas of the plumbing industry. Depending on your apprenticeship level, your duties may include assisting with commercial plumbing projects, general plumbing maintenance and repairs, drainage, sewer and stormwater installations, hot-water system installation and servicing, roofing and roof plumbing, operating tools and equipment safely, reading plans and following job instructions, maintaining vehicles, tools and work areas, attending trade school and completing apprenticeship requirements, and working alongside experienced plumbers and supervisors.

Key responsibilities

- Assisting with commercial plumbing projects
- General plumbing maintenance and repairs
- Drainage, sewer and stormwater installations
- Hot-water system installation and servicing
- Roofing and roof plumbing
- Operating tools and equipment safely
- Reading plans and following job instructions
- Maintaining vehicles, tools and work areas
- Attending trade school and completing apprenticeship requirements
- Working alongside experienced plumbers and supervisors

About you

- Currently completing a plumbing apprenticeship or genuinely committed to commencing one




- Robust work ethic and positive attitude
- Reliable, punctual and willing to learn
- Takes pride in their work and presentation
- Can follow instructions and work effectively within a team
- Communicates respectfully with clients and other team members
- Understands the importance of workplace safety
- Physically capable of undertaking practical, hands-on work
- Current Victorian driver's licence
- Construction Industry White Card
