About the role

This role supports Geely's automotive accessories business by enabling dealer networks, coordinating supply chain operations, and executing marketing initiatives to drive accessory attachment rates across dealerships.

Key responsibilities

- Execute targeted training programs for dealer sales consultants and parts departments on Geely Genuine Accessories value during the customer journey
- Provide dealerships with sales resources, Point-of-Sale (POS) displays, and digital collateral to showcase accessories effectively
- Audit dealer accessory attachment rates, analyse underperforming dealerships, and implement localized action plans to drive sales
- Assist in monitoring daily supply chain operations, ensuring timely distribution of accessories to dealerships
- Monitor dealer-level inventory to prevent overstocking or stock-outs of high-demand items
- Serve as the first point of contact for dealers regarding order tracking, delivery issues and backorder management
- Implement accessory bundling and promotional programs designed to increase fitment ratios at the point of sale
- Monitor competitor accessory offerings and consumer feedback on platforms to identify opportunities

About you





- 3-5 years in automotive parts, aftersales or dealership operations
- Proven ability to coach, influence and drive commercial behaviours with dealership personnel
- Familiarity with automotive DMS/ERP software, supply chain tracking and warranty procedures
- Excellent relationship-building and conflict-resolution skills
