About the Role

Drive growth, build relationships and make an impact. As our Account Manager, you'll manage key accounts across Queensland, identify new business opportunities and deliver outstanding customer support. From providing product advice and assisting with technical enquiries to building customer partnerships and securing new projects, you'll play a key role in driving sales growth and expanding RCPA's market presence.

What You'll Be Doing

- Manage and grow key accounts across Queensland.
- Identify and secure new business and project opportunities.
- Provide product advice, training and technical support to customers.
- Work closely with customers and internal teams to deliver exceptional service.
- Negotiate commercial outcomes and manage sales opportunities.




- Drive sales growth and monitor market trends.

Skills, Experience and Attributes To be successful, you will have:

- Proven experience in sales, account management or business development.
- Strong relationship-building, communication and negotiation skills.
- A track record of achieving commercial and sales results.
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Technical or mechanical aptitude with the ability to explain product solutions.
- Construction industry experience and a White Card highly regarded.
- Relevant business qualifications beneficial but not essential.
