Join Premium Floors, where passion meets purpose! We're on the hunt for a dynamic sales superstar to join our Victorian Sales Team as an Account Manager, focusing on our valued B2B clients in the metro area and western suburbs.

About the Role:

You'll be the driving force behind nurturing existing relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring our clients receive top-notch service. Reporting to the State Sales Manager (VIC & TAS), you'll:

- Take ownership of a dedicated portfolio of B2B customers, ensuring their needs are met and relationships flourish.
- Dive deep into understanding client businesses, preferences, and goals, fostering long-lasting partnerships.
- Proactively seek out new sales avenues, manage the sales pipeline, and champion current product launches.
- Be the first point of contact for sales leads within your territory, maximising every opportunity.
- You will be comfortable in using a CRM system as a core tool for managing customer relationships and sales activity.

North and Western Regional Victorian travel will also be required as part of your call cycle with a minimum 5 nights away per month.
