Job Description

Team Rehab Solutions is seeking a Community Care Dietitian for Sunshine Coast on a part-time basis, 2–3 days per week. You will provide dietetic care to clients in their homes and community settings, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

As a community-based Dietitian, you'll work with NDIS and Home Care clients to help them achieve health goals with practical, personalised plans, travel across the Sunshine Coast is expected, and you'll benefit from flexible hours and robust support
