SeaLink K’Gari on Fraser Island is seeking a Chef de Partie to support a high-volume kitchen operation at K’gari Beach Resort. You will plan menus, prepare dishes, supervise junior staff and help maintain top dining standards across resort outlets.

The role involves leading by example, ensuring secure and hygienic kitchen operations and coordinating with front-of-house teams for seamless guest experiences. Experience in hospitality and a Food Safety Course are essential.
