- Support the strategic direction of key client event programs on a national scale
- Lead end-to-end planning, design and delivery of client events and national programs
- Set event objectives, measure return on investment and conduct post-event evaluations
- Build and manage stakeholder relationships across the firm
- Create unique, purposeful opportunities for client engagement
- Analyse client data, including use of the CRM system, to develop recommendations for event campaign targeting
- Drive operational excellence and adopt current technologies to enhance engagement, efficiency and client experience
- Support delivery of national webinars and other digital client engagement programs
- Lead initiatives from concept through delivery
- Promote excellent client service and the Allens brand to market

Requirements

- Extensive experience planning and executing corporate events
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships with people at all levels of an organisation and influence outcomes
- Ability to think critically and solve problems
- Comfortable with complexity, ambiguity or uncertainty
- Excellent communication skills




- Ability to engage professionally with senior partners, vendors and key clients
