Boral are currently seeking an experienced Fitter to join our team based at Kenilworth. Reporting to the Team Leader/Supervisor you will be responsible for a range of maintenance activities including performing planned maintenance, minimising production downtime and maximising the plant efficiency.

n

Your day will involve:

n

n
- Work safely in line with OH&S; procedures and legislation
n
- Complete preventative maintenance routines and assist in the continual improvement
n
- Assist in maintaining the mechanical maintenance spare parts stock
n
- Fault find, modify and maintain crushing, screening and batching equipment across various plants
n
- Strip and rebuild components to the original specifications and performance
n
- Complete documentation to ensure plant data remains current
n
- Overtime may be required to supplement the maintenance effort
n

What are we looking for?

n





n
- Relevant fitter trade qualifications
n
- Experience with crushing & screening equipment preferred.
n
- Experience and understanding of pumps, gearboxes, pneumatics and hydraulic systems
n
- motivated self-starter who is results-oriented and driven to succeed
n
- Works in a professional manner with a "Can do" attitude
n
- Overtime hours may be required
n
