Join a High-End Custom & Collision Workshop based in Sunshine North.

At Insane Custom Body Works, we’re not your average smash repair shop. Established in 2009, we’ve built a reputation for precision repairs, high-end custom work, and show-quality finishes. We specialise in European vehicles but work across all makes and models.

We are growing and looking for a motivated Automotive Body Repair & Workshop Assistant who takes pride in their craft and wants long-term stability in a workshop that values quality over shortcuts. Whether you are a qualified trade skilled or looking to kickstart your career with an entry-level role, we want to hear from you.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Prepping panels, sanding, and applying filler work
- Removing and refitting panels, trims, and components
- Supporting custom builds and modifications when required
- Contributing to efficient vehicle turnaround without compromising quality
- Working closely with painters, detailers and workshop coordinators
- Maintaining a clean and safe workshop environment

We are looking someone who:

- Has experience in automotive body repairs OR a strong mechanical aptitude and desire to learn the trade
- Takes pride in precision and finish quality




- Is reliable and wants long-term employment
- Works well in a small, passionate team
- Has robust attention to detail
- Wants to grow their skills in custom and prestige vehicle work

European vehicle experience is highly regarded — but attitude matters more than badges.
