As we continue to expand, we are looking for a skilled Automotive Paint Shop Prepper to join our dynamic team and contribute to our ongoing success.

This is a hands-on role assisting with the preparation of vehicles and panels before they are painted. You will be working alongside our spray painting technicians to provide support and help ensure vehicles are properly prepared and ready for a quality finish.

You should be able to work unsupervised to a high standard and be respectful of other members in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sanding and masking vehicle panels for painting, ensuring smooth and clean surfaces.
- Applying primers and other preparation products.
- Removing and refitting trims and components as required.
- Keeping the paint shop and work areas clean and organised.
- Assist with the maintenance and upkeep of spray booths and painting equipment.





Key Requirements:

- Reliable and punctual.
- Hard-working with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace.
- Keen to learn and develop new skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Safety-conscious.
- Experienced in automotive paint preparation — preferred, but not essential.
