Located in a state-of-the-art dealership facility in Springwood, right on the M1 Motorway between Brisbane and the Gold Coast, this is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor to join our successful team.

About the Role

- Providing outstanding customer service from vehicle drop-off through to collection
- Accurately identifying customer needs and communicating requirements to the workshop
- Preparing repair orders, estimates and service documentation
- Keeping customers informed throughout the repair process
- Promoting service, maintenance and parts opportunities
- Maximising workshop productivity and customer satisfaction
- Resolving customer enquiries professionally and efficiently

What We're Looking For

- Previous Service Advisor or automotive customer service experience
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- A sales-focused approach with a passion for customer satisfaction
- Sound computer and administration skills




- A current driver licence
- Reynolds & Reynolds experience highly regarded but not essential
