STORE MANAGER – AUTOMOTIVE

An exciting opportunity is available for a Store Manager to join AutoPlus and take a leading role in one of our modern, state-of-the-art Automotive Service Centres. We are looking for a confident, energetic and customer-focused leader who enjoys working with people, has strong communication skills and thrives in a fast-paced workplace.

As the face of the business, you will be responsible for creating an outstanding customer experience while leading and supporting a team of enthusiastic and capable automotive technicians.

This could also be an excellent opportunity for an experienced mechanic looking to move off the tools and take the next step into management.

Your role will include:

· Building strong relationships with customers and ensuring an exceptional customer experience · Discussing vehicle repairs and maintenance requirements with customers

· Communicating effectively with technicians regarding required and additional repairs

· Managing the day-to-day operation of the store

· Leading, supporting and motivating the workshop team

· Ensuring customers are kept informed throughout the repair process

· Managing payments and completing sales transactions

· Maintaining high standards of customer service, presentation and professionalism

We’re looking for someone who has:

· The confidence to lead and motivate a team

· Strong organisational and time-management skills

· A positive, energetic and proactive approach

· A current Australian driver’s licence
