We’re looking for a hands-on barista/all rounder to work in our flagship store at Prahran Market.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a faced paced environment, have a genuine sense of hospitality and a desire to offer the very best in customer service.

DO you love making superb coffee (Code Black supply us with the beans) and offering excellent customer service? We are seeking new crew to enjoy the energy and variety of joining our team.

Previous barista experience is a must for this role but your sole focus won't just be on coffee, this role will require customer service, some food prep & service plus general duties.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make consistently high-quality coffee and other beverages
- Take customer orders and provide friendly, efficient service
- Handle POS transactions




- Maintain cleanliness of the store
- Food preparation and general duties

About You:

- 1+ year barista experience
- Confident dialling-in coffee machine and grinder
- Knowledge and ability to clean and close coffee machine.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work under pressure
- A genuine passion for coffee and hospitality
- Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and public holidays (adaptable shifts)

Award wages based on experience.

Pay: $26.55 – $42.18 per hour
