We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Individual to join our team at The Park Wyndham pty ltd, T/A The Park Werribee' in Werribee VIC 3030. This is a casual position, offering the opportunity to be part of a dynamic hospitality workplace that may lead to part time or full time for the right candidate.
What you'll be doing
- Providing exceptional customer service to all guests
- Preparing and serving food and beverages in an efficient and friendly manner
- Maintaining a clean and well-organised work environment
- Contributing to a positive team culture and supporting your colleagues
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role, preferably in a bistro environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Enthusiasm, flexibility and the ability to work well in a team
- Knowledge of food service, including the responsible service of alcohol
- A positive attitude and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
