We are seeking passionate hospitality professionals to join our growing Crane Bar team.

Bar Supervisor | Full-Time

We are looking for a confident and hands-on Bar Supervisor who can support the venue leadership team and help drive exceptional service across every shift.

You will

- Lead shifts confidently and support the smooth day-to-day operation of Crane Bar
- Maintain exceptional beverage, presentation and guest-service standards
- Coach, motivate and develop team members
- Bring strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, spirits and premium beverage service
- Assist with stock management, ordering and overall bar presentation
- Create a positive, collaborative and high-performing team environment
- Be available across a rotating Monday-to-Sunday roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays

Bartenders | Part-Time and Casual We are seeking experienced bartenders who bring personality, energy and genuine passion to every interaction.

You will

- Prepare classic cocktails and signature drinks with consistency and attention to detail
- Demonstrate solid knowledge of wine, beer, spirits and non-alcoholic beverages
- Deliver warm, engaging and polished service
- Help create the welcoming and energetic atmosphere Crane Bar is known for




- Work confidently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Be available across a rotating Monday-to-Sunday roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays

Front of House / Bar Servers | Part-Time and Casual We are looking for warm, attentive and guest-focused team members who enjoy creating elevated hospitality experiences.

You will

- Provide thoughtful, efficient and personalised table and beverage service
- Build genuine connections with guests and anticipate their needs
- Communicate confidently and manage multiple priorities during busy services
- Bring experience from a fast-paced hospitality workplace
- Demonstrate strong beverage knowledge or a genuine enthusiasm to learn
- Be available across a rotating Monday-to-Sunday roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
