It is a very fast paced role/environment and is best suited to someone who is a gun at multi tasking, extremely organised and shines under pressure during those peak busy periods. What we’re looking for in you?

- Confidence to educate and recommend retail products to walk in customers (training provided)
- A customer service superstar with a fun & outgoing personality! Greeting & serving customers, walk in retail sales, general enquiries etc.
- Confidence in managing and leading a large team of barbers.
- A hunger to smash daily targets & KPI’s.
- Roster flexibility - This role requires a Tuesday to Saturday roster and is non-negotiable.
