About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Bar Supervisor to join our team. This is a casual position that offers flexibility and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment. As Bar Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining the smooth operation of our bar service, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and supporting our team to deliver outstanding hospitality.

What You'll Be Doing

- Supervising and managing bar operations during your shifts, ensuring efficient and quality service delivery
- Preparing and serving beverages to the highest standard, including cocktails, wines, beers and non-alcoholic drinks
- Training and supporting bar staff to ensure consistency in service quality and product knowledge
- Managing cash handling and till reconciliation with accuracy and integrity
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the bar area,



including stock rotation and equipment maintenance
- Ensuring compliance with responsible service of alcohol (RSA) legislation and venue policies
- Monitoring and controlling stock levels, placing orders as required
- Creating a welcoming atmosphere and responding professionally to customer inquiries and concerns
- Assisting with promotional activities and special events

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience working in a bar or hospitality environment, with at least 2 years of supervisory or lead hand experience
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
- Strong knowledge of beverages, cocktails and mixing techniques
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Ability to lead, motivate and communicate effectively with team members
- Solid attention to detail and organisational skills
- Cash handling experience and proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A passion for hospitality and commitment to creating positive guest experiences
