Mamma Jams is searching for an experienced café all-rounder to join our rapid-paced Cremorne café. We care about great coffee, genuine service, high standards and creating a positive team culture.

The role includes:

- Making consistently great coffee
- Delivering warm, efficient customer service
- Sandwich and light food preparation
- Opening and closing the café
- Supporting the team across daily operations
- Maintaining a clean and welcoming space

We’re looking for someone who is:

- Experienced in a busy café environment
- Fast, organised and proactive
- Warm, welcoming and passionate about hospitality
- A strong communicator and team player
- Calm and capable under pressure

Hours: Monday to Friday only—no weekends. Shifts are either 5:30 am–1:30 pm or 7:30 am–3:30 pm.
