Nina Cantina - Anglesea's New Mexican Restaurant

Salary: $30 - $34 per hour

We’re looking for a skilled and passionate Bartender to join our team at our New Mexican-inspired restaurant at The Monty in Anglesea.

About the venue:

Nina is a fresh Cali-Mex cantina serving vibrant food, excellent drinks, and good times from lunch through late-night margaritas. Nina is open Thursday to Sunday, with a 2-hour Happy Hour from 3pm to 5pm!

The Monty is a recently opened boutique accommodation with Palm Springs style. We're passionate about creating a welcoming and accessible space where locals, holidaymakers, families, and friends can all feel at home.

About the role:

As a Bartender and Server, you'll be the face of Nina behind the bar. We're looking for availability at night, however day shifts are also available. You will be providing a welcoming atmosphere for guests, mixing the perfect margarita and cocktails from our drinks menu, while helping create an atmosphere people want to come back to.

Key responsibilities:

- Delivering warm, genuine service from start to finish
- Mixing up margs, cocktails,



and mocktails from our Cali-Mex menu
- Pouring and serving cocktails, beer, and wine
- Creating a fun, relaxed atmosphere, and help bring Nina's vibrant personality to life
- Working collaboratively with the kitchen and FOH team
- Keeping the venue clean, organised, and service-ready

What we’re looking for: Previous hospitality experience and RSA are essential, but enthusiasm and the right attitude matter just as much. We use OpenTable and Square POS so familiarity with the software is a bonus!

Directly across the road from the Anglesea River and Main Beach boardwalk, it's an ideal coastal location too! Expect sun-soaked vibes, tacos, margaritas, and a venue where personality is on display. If this sounds like the perfect fit, we'd love to hear from you!
