What You Will Be Doing:

- Responsible for coordinating the daily production and dispatch of concrete, ensuring products are produced efficiently and delivered to customers in line with service requirements. This includes scheduling jobs, managing truck and personnel rosters, directing drivers and plant staff, and coordinating the timely supply of raw materials.
- Work closely with the Area Operations Manager to support the safe, efficient, and cost-effective operation of the site.



Provide strong leadership to plant staff and drivers across health and safety, environmental compliance, operational management, cost control, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Oversee daily site activities and communication, including scheduling SIT meetings, toolbox talks, and daily start-up meetings. Ensure teams are effectively coordinated and operations consistently meet customer, safety, quality, and performance expectations.

What You Will Need:

- Concreting experience preferred
- White Card mandatory
- Driver’s Licence mandatory
