The Role

We are seeking a driven and experienced Area Manager / Business Development Manager to oversee and grow our presence across Adelaide and Regional South Australia. This is a hands-on, client-facing role focused on B2B sales within the cabinet joinery industry.

You will be responsible for managing existing accounts, developing new business opportunities, and building a strong sales pipeline while maintaining consistent engagement with head office.

Responsibilities include:

- Manage and grow existing customer accounts within the cabinet joinery sector
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of new business opportunities
- Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of product ranges and value proposition
- Drive B2B sales through a combination of F2F + TeleSales efforts
- Conduct regular client visits across Adelaide and regional South Australia
- Attend head office once per month




- Track and manage all sales activity via CRM (NetSuite)
- Identify market opportunities and provide insights back to the business
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships

The Ideal Candidate:

- Proven experience in B2B sales (ideally within cabinet joinery, building products, or related industries)
- Robust account management and business development skills
- Ability to build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously while on the road
- Experience using CRM systems (NetSuite experience highly regarded)
- Strong organisational and reporting skills
