We’re looking for a confident, friendly and motivated Beauty Therapist to join a brand-new beauty salon opening in Forster.

This role would suit someone who genuinely loves the beauty industry, enjoys building relationships with clients and wants the opportunity to grow with a recent business from the beginning.

Previous beauty industry experience is highly preferred, particularly in areas such as lash extensions, brows, lash lifts, beauty treatments or nails. Experience in lash extensions is a bonus, however training may be available for the right person who shows strong potential, commitment and willingness to learn.

- confident recommending services and rebooking clients
- willing to learn new treatments and continue developing their skills
- positive, supportive and able to contribute to a beautiful salon culture
- interested in being part of the growth of a new business,

The opportunity This is a particularly exciting role for someone wanting long-term career growth within the beauty industry.

As the Forster salon grows, there will be genuine opportunity for the right person to take on greater responsibility within the business. This may include increased hours, further training, additional services, mentoring future team members and potentially progressing into a senior or salon-management role.

The ideal candidate will be someone who is excited by the idea of joining from the beginning and helping shape the client experience and culture of the salon as it grows.

Experience: Beauty therapy experience preferred.

Additional skills: Lash extensions, brows and/or nails highly regarded, with potential training available for the right candidate.
