About the Role

Alice Springs Nails & Spa is looking for an experienced and passionate Beauty Therapist to join our friendly and growing team. Key Responsibilities

- Provide a wide range of beauty treatments, including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylic nails, nail art, waxing, head spa treatments, lash extensions, lash lifts and tints, and facial treatments...
- Provide professional consultations and recommend suitable beauty treatments and products based on clients' individual needs.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming, relaxing and professional experience for all clients.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and workplace safety at all times.
- Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, equipment and beauty tools.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of beauty products, treatments and current industry practices.
- Assist with the training and mentoring of junior beauty therapists where required.




- Support the introduction of new beauty services and promotional activities.
- Contribute to the overall growth, reputation and success of the salon.
- Perform other duties reasonably associated with the position.

About You

- Hold a relevant AQF Certificate IV or AQF Certificate III in Beauty Therapy; or have at least one year of relevant full time experience, or part-time equivalent experience, working as a Beauty Therapist or in a similar position.
- Strong customer service skills and a genuine passion for delivering an outstanding client experience.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high professional standards.
- A positive attitude and a professional approach to client care.
- Willingness to commit to at least 2–3 years of permanent full-time employment with the employer.
