Responsibilities

- Installs new equipment by establishing, adjusting, calibrating, and testing performance.
- Maintains equipment by performing maintenance schedules, conducting tests, and troubleshooting and repairing malfunctions.
- Perform special equipment service, evaluate service contracts, and maintain equipment inventories.
- Maintains a safe and healthy working workplace by conducting safety tests, recommending and complying with procedures, training and guiding medical and healthcare personnel, and complying with codes.
- Prepares biomedical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
- Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock, anticipating needs, placing advance orders, and verifying receipts.
- Improves equipment performance by studying machine-patient interaction, discussing with equipment users, developing modifications, and collaborating with manufacturers.





Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the related field. Experience in Ophthalmology will be an added advantage.

- Must have a two-wheeler and a license
- Excellent presentation and people skills.
- Willing to travel and work all over Nepal.
- Dynamic, Self-motivated, positive, polite, willing to learn.
- Ability to handle pressure and can adapt accordingly.
- Ability to work independently and contribute in a team environment.
