About the Role

Reporting to the Drill & Blast Supervisor, you will be responsible for safely operating and maintaining our fleet of advanced drill rigs while delivering high-quality drilling outcomes for our customers.

Your responsibilities will include

- Operating drill rigs safely and efficiently.




- Maintaining drilling accuracy and productivity standards.
- Conducting routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
- Working closely with supervisors and site personnel.
- Contributing to a strong safety culture across all operations.
- Ensuring equipment and work areas are maintained to a high standard.

Skills & Experience

Essential

- Current Australian Driver's Licence.
- Construction Industry White Card.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical assessment.
- Ability to pass drug and alcohol screening.
- Solid commitment to safety and teamwork.
- Reliable work ethic and willingness to learn.

Highly Regarded

- Experience operating Sandvik Ranger DX900i and/or Sandvik Pantera DPi drill rigs.
- GPS-guided drilling experience.
- Previous drill and blast, quarry, mining, or construction experience.
- Relevant industry tickets and certifications.

Applicants claiming drilling experience must provide referees who can verify their experience and competencies.
