We're growing quickly, and rather than advertising for a rigid position, we're looking for the right person to grow with us.

You might currently be:

- An experienced Strata / Body Corporate Manager looking for greater flexibility and autonomy
- An Assistant Strata Manager ready for significantly more responsibility
- An experienced industry professional wanting to return part-time
- Someone who's thought about starting their own strata business but doesn't necessarily want to do it alone
- Someone ambitious who wants the opportunity to help build a company rather than simply work for one

The opportunity Initially, we're looking for someone part time, depending on the person.

The position would primarily involve helping manage our growing portfolio, including client and committee communication, day-to-day body corporate matters, meeting preparation, compliance and general portfolio management.

But we don't want to define where the role ends.

As Mayfair grows, your hours,



responsibilities and position can grow with it.

For the right person, there could ultimately be pathways into areas including senior strata management, operations, general management, sales and business development, marketing and social media, finance, or broader company leadership.

There is also the potential for a future vested equity/ownership opportunity for an exceptional person who becomes an important part of the business.

Pay: $59,438.29 – $174,593.45 per year
