We’re growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Bookkeeper who shares that approach.

What you’ll be doing

This isn’t just a transaction-processing role. You’ll work across a varied client base and be trusted to take ownership of your work, solve problems and help us deliver an exceptional service to our clients.

Your role will include

- Managing bookkeeping for a portfolio of clients
- Working with complex files across Xero, MYOB and other accounting platforms
- Preparing BAS and IAS workpapers
- Reviewing files and identifying issues before they become problems
- Completing catch-up and clean-up bookkeeping
- Working with clients to resolve queries and improve their bookkeeping processes
- Working in specialist areas, including legal trust accounting

Who we’re looking for We’d love to hear from you if you:

- Have at least 5 years’ bookkeeping experience, ideally in a client-facing environment
- Have strong Xero skills and the confidence to learn and adapt to other accounting systems




- Have an excellent understanding of GST, BAS, payroll and compliance
- Have trust accounting experience (advantageous but not a requirement)
- Are comfortable working through complex or messy files
- Have strong attention to detail and take pride in producing quality work
- Communicate confidently and professionally with clients
- Are proactive – if something doesn’t look right, you investigate it
- Enjoy being part of a collaborative team where people help each other out
