An Advice & Brokerage firm located East Brisbane are seeking an experienced Loan Processor/ Credit Assessor to work closely with their successful lending team.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and package loan applications.

- Support a small team of brokers in the provision of credit assistance.

- Liaise with lenders and with clients to get loans approved and settled.

- Ensure all compliance requirements are being met.

- Liaising with stakeholders such as brokers, lenders, solicitors and clients

- Dealing with the application from start right through to settlement.

- Handle any client enquires.

Skills & Experience:

- Have at least 2 years' experience in the banking and finance industry – Lending and Credit.

- High attention to detail

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

- Have the capability to juggle various tasks and work autonomously.

- Comfortable working with qualified clients.
