Key responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate work activities to ensure that all work is completed/delivered on time and in accordance with schedule requirements and client expectations
- Liaise with existing and new commercial clients on major projects
- Full account management including bills, invoices, accounts receivable/payable etc using Xero system
- Warehousing, logistic duties and inventory management on a daily basis
- Prepare quotations for commercial and residential clients
- Develop and maintain good relationships with both existing and potential clients, always promoting the positive image of the Company
- Upsell when possible
- Provide strong customer service and be the first point of contact
About you
- Previous experience as a coordinator/scheduler with warehousing experience in a similar industry or environment would be an advantage
- Excellent organisational, time management, communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise multiple tasks
- Forklift license or the ability to obtain one
- Ability to work autonomously or part of a small supportive team
- Excellent communication skills and a positive demeanour
- Be comfortable dealing with clients and technicians over the phone and face to face
- The drive and passion to deliver first class customer service
- Strong computer skills
- Have a proactive and helpful approach to tasks
- Possess a strong commitment to safety, health and environment procedures
- Current Drivers License
- Australian citizenship
