With a strong reputation in the market and ambitious growth plans, they are seeking a technically capable professional to help expand their technical solutions division.

Your current role

As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, conducting site visits, scoping security solutions, and preparing quotations and proposals. This is a consultative role where you'll work closely with clients to understand their requirements and recommend tailored electronic security solutions.

Importantly, this is not a traditional sales role. The business places greater value on technical security knowledge and industry expertise than pure sales experience. They are open to considering candidates from operational, project management, technical services, or supervisory backgrounds who are looking to transition into a more commercial position.

What you'll need to succeed

- Experience within the electronic security industry
- Knowledge of CCTV, access control, alarm systems,



or related technologies
- Ability to scope, quote, and develop technical solutions for clients
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to business growth
- Experience in business development, account management, operations, project delivery, or technical services
