The Role:

We are growing our face-to-face B2B sales team across Western Australia. In this role, you will be driving customer acquisition through real, face-to-face conversations with local Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). No scripts read off a screen.

You will be connecting with business owners about ICT Communications ISP services and building relationships that turn into long-term accounts.While you will be based out of Perth, you will also have the opportunity to manage and run sales campaigns across regional WA hubs for those who love to travel.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage directly with local business owners to identify opportunities to improve their internet and mobile services.
- Present ICT Communications’ competitive advantages,



including our 45-minute support guarantee and Telstra network coverage.
- Manage a local Perth territory and participate in regional WA travel campaigns.
- Maintain consistency and high energy to hit weekly acquisition targets.

- A Winning Attitude: Coachable, hungry, consistent, and competitive by nature.
- Customer-Facing Experience: While sales experience is a bonus, backgrounds in retail, hospitality, or customer service are highly valued. Full industry training is provided.
- Licence & Transport: A reliable personal car and valid WA driver's licence are mandatory.
