What you’ll be doing:

- Engaging with businesses across Australia;
- Building relationships with decision-makers;
- Generating and qualifying new opportunities;
- Working closely with senior sales leaders;
- Learning a high-performing consultative sales approach; and
- Contributing to a fast-moving, energetic team culture.

What we’re looking for:

- 6–24 months experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, or call centre environments;
- Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone;
- Competitive mindset and resilience;
- High energy with a genuine desire to build a career;
- Someone coachable who wants to learn from solid leaders; and
- Driven by progression, success, and commission potential.
