Wodonga Council is seeking a Business Marketing Coordinator to help showcase Wodonga as a destination to invest, grow a business and create opportunities. Working within the City Growth and Communications team, you'll lead targeted marketing initiatives that promote investment opportunities, strengthen business engagement and support the city's economic growth ambitions. Key aspects of the role:

- Promote Wodonga as a destination for investment and growth Help tell the story of Wodonga as a thriving regional city with opportunity, ambition and room to grow. You'll develop and deliver marketing initiatives that showcase the city's strengths, promote investment opportunities and support projects that attract new businesses, investment and economic activity to the region.

- Deliver marketing campaigns that make an impact Coordinate a variety of targeted marketing campaigns that promote industrial land, strategic precincts, business initiatives and investment opportunities. Working across digital and traditional channels, you'll help connect with key audiences, build awareness and deliver measurable outcomes that support Council's economic development objectives.

- Create content that engages and informs Develop compelling content for websites, social media, digital campaigns and promotional materials that highlights Wodonga's opportunities and competitive advantages. You'll play a key role in ensuring messaging is engaging, consistent and aligned with Council's broader investment attraction and business engagement goals.

- Build partnerships and strengthen business engagement Work closely with businesses, industry representatives, government agencies,



regional organisations and internal stakeholders to deliver collaborative marketing initiatives and support business engagement activities. Through strong relationships and effective communication, you'll help create opportunities that strengthen Wodonga's reputation, support local business growth and contribute to the city's long-term economic success.

What we're looking for: To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

- Experience developing and delivering marketing campaigns that engage audiences and achieve measurable outcomes.
- Strong communication and content creation skills across digital, social and traditional marketing channels.
- Experience using digital marketing platforms, analytics and online communication tools.
- The ability to build effective relationships and work collaboratively with businesses, stakeholders and partners.
- Well-developed organisational skills, initiative and the ability to manage competing priorities.
