We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Cooks (full time & part-time) to join our diverse culinary teams across a range of venues, including our premium restaurants, events operations, hotel kitchens, and Epicurean, our internationally inspired dining destination.

Your role as a cook

- Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes in line with venue standards and recipes.
- Supporting day-to-day kitchen operations across a variety of service styles and concepts.
- Maintaining exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Following food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety procedures.
- Working collaboratively with chefs and kitchen teams to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
- Contributing to a positive, supportive, and professional team culture.

About the Candidate

- Previous experience as a Cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Passion for food, hospitality,



and continuous learning.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards.
- Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Relevant culinary qualifications and food safety knowledge will be highly regarded.
