Nick Scali is seeking a highly organised Roster Officer to support workforce scheduling across our retail network in Australia. You will monitor roster coverage, maintain accurate employee data and produce workforce reports to help stores run smoothly.
This hands-on role suits someone who enjoys working with data, resolving issues and turning information into explicit actions for store and regional leaders. Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Deputy/Power BI is a plus.
