What the role includes:





- Hands-on software engineering using modern C++23 and a clean, well-maintained codebase.

- Team leadership, including mentoring and coaching (for more senior roles).

- Close collaboration with Software Architects, Systems Engineers, and Testers.

- Ensuring quality through code reviews, pair programming, and day-to-day collaboration.

- Contributing to coding standards and driving uptake of new C++ language features.

- Supporting project planning, task breakdown, and estimation.

- Helping to deliver projects end to end, including client interaction and stakeholder reporting.

What we are looking for:

- A genuine passion for software development and continuous learning.

Essential Criteria:

- Australian citizenship.

- Eligibility for an Australian Defence Security Clearance and a National Police Check.
