Harry's Cafe + Functions

Set within McClelland Gallery + Sculpture Parks beautiful bushland and is surrounded by the outdoor collection of modern Australian sculptures.

Offering a seasonal menu of house made items, ensuring we deliver an innovative quality offering using local, native and seasonal produce to meet the expectations of our customers.

We are on the hunt for two(2) current legends to join our small but mighty team:

- Cafe All Rounder (15-20 Hours pw)
- 3-4 shifts per week
- Wednesday to Sunday

AND

- Kitchen Hand (10-12 Hours pw)
- Friday + Saturday shifts

About the roles:

Cafe All Rounder

- Experience as a cafe all rounder, behind the counter or on the floor
- Experience as a Barista (coffee art is lovely, but not necessary), speed and quality more important
- A natural communicator with a love for hospitality
- Current RSA is a must
- Can work independently and can see what needs to be done without being told




- Be happy to roll up your sleeves and get the job done
- Interested in working in a kind and supportive hospitality environment

Casual Kitchen Hand

- Washing dishes and equipment during prep and service
- Proper handling and storage of kitchen equipment
- Safely handle kitchen chemicals
- Sweep and Mop Floor Daily
- Assist with Kitchen Laundry as required
- Food prep tasks as required from Chefs
- Jumping in during food service on toast station
- Running for backup mis en place during service
